Tonya started singing as a young child and quickly became known as “The Voice” by all who knew and recognized her unique, memorable sound. Tonya landed a Berklee School of Music scholarship after performing at a singer-songwriter program in Los Angeles. She was also a “highly praised” student for the Dr. Steve Zegree Jazz Program at the Jacobs School of Music - one of the top music schools in the country. Tonya is a Stellar Award Nominee for Contemporary Female Vocalist of the year, a two-time “Jackie” Award winner for National Female Soloist of the Year, and was recognized as a Billboard New Song Contest Honoree. In addition to her amazing vocal prowess, she is a Top Success Strategist and local business leader. Tonya has been featured on ABC, FOX, BET, TBN, and more. Her dynamic life has inspired people around the world.

In 2006, in a matter of seconds, Tonya Ware collapsed with cardiac arrest and died in her bathroom. Even more shockingly, she came back to life against all odds and fought through more than seven years of heart health challenges to reclaim her life. On June 13, 2018, she shared her amazing story at the United Nations in New York. For more than twelve (12) years, Tonya focused her attention on her career, as Benefits and Retirement Planner for a Fortune 500 Company. For her expert knowledge and successful career, Tonya was named a “Top 40 Under 40 Mississippi Business Professionals”. She is the Executive Pastor of The Church Triumphant Global and the Creator and host of “Saturday Success Church.” Tonya has touched thousands of lives through her leadership and music.


Tonya’s passion for positive community change is evident by her work with the R.E.D. Women’s Program, The Success House, Leadership Greater Jackson, the Greater Jackson Chamber, Women For Progress, American Heart Association, and the Women’s Business Network. In 2019, she was named one of the “50 Leading Businesswomen of Mississippi.” In 2021, Tonya completed the Yale University School of Management Women In Leadership Program. She is married to Bishop A. D. Ware and mother to daughters, Wisdom Noelle and Wealth Joy. In her present role, Tonya Ware is the State Project Director for ReadyNation Mississippi where she builds and leads a coalition of top-level business executives from across the state of Mississippi in a mission to support children in life, work, and success.
